Smoothie before training session

Our theme for this week is all about train.

Tema kami untuk minggu ini adalah train.

You see, the word “train” can be use as transportation or even for workout. for today post, I am using the word train for workout.

I’m sharing with you my homemade smoothie that I sometimes drink before my morning training session or simply put, my running session.

Somehow i always find myself hungry whenever I woke up and instead of eating something that is heavy or oily, i choose to drink smoothie because its not heavy for my stomach plus it is healthy

So here’s my current favorite homemade smoothie recipe :

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of dragon fruit
  • 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oat
  • 3/4 cup avocado

Method :

  • All you need to do is blend all the ingredients above and pour into thw glass and drink it.

Bahan :

  • 1 buah pisang
  • 1 cangkir buah naga
  • 1/2 cangkir yogurt buah strawberi
  • 3/4 cangkir susu
  • 2 sendok gandum
  • 3/4 cangkir avocado

Cara : Campur semua bahan makanan diatas di blender dan sajikan.
