Potato Salad Sandwich

This week’s theme is about potato.

For this week’s theme, I decided to make potato salad. It is a very simple and very easy dish that anyone can make as long as you have the right ingredients. Its just mixing all the ingredients together. The only thing that you need to cook is the potato itself.

So here’s the recipe of potato salad sandwich. I think they taste the best when the potato salad is chilled.

Ingredients :

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1/3 cup carrots (diced)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Lots of mayonnaise
  • Cheese Slices

Method :

  1. Dice the carrots and set aside.
  2. In a pot, add water, the potatoes, pinch of salt and boil the potatoes until they are soft when poked with chopstick.
  3. Peel the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl with potato masher.
  4. Mix the mashed potato with the diced carrots, sugar and mayonnaise.
  5. Chill the potato salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Add cheese on the bread and then spread the chilled potato salad on top of the cheese slices.
  7. Serve and Enjoy.

Tema minggu ini adalah tentang kentang.

Untuk tema minggu ini, saya memutuskan untuk membuat salad kentang. Ini adalah hidangan yang sangat sederhana dan sangat mudah yang bisa dibuat siapa saja selama Anda memiliki bahan yang tepat.

Jadi inilah resep sandwich salad kentang.

Bahan :

  • 2 buah kentang
  • 1/3 cangkir wortel (dipotong kecil-kecil)
  • Sedikit garam
  • 2 sdm gula pasir
  • Mayonnaise
  • Keju

Metode :

  1. Potong wortel kecil-kecil dan sisihkan.
  2. Dalam pot, tambahkan air, kentang, sedikit garam dan rebus kentang sampai lembut.
  3. Kupas kentang dan ayak kentang sampai lembut.
  4. Campur kentang dengan wortel, gula dan mayonnaise.
  5. Dinginkan salad kentang di lemari es selama sekitar 30 menit sampai 1 jam.
  6. Tambahkan keju di atas roti dan kemudian oleskan salad kentang dingin di atas keju keju tersebut. 
  7. Sajikan dan selamat menikmati.
